Return policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately, We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You must return your bag(s) new and unused within 5 days of receipt for refund. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to China and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods.
